Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to own and improve supplier quality for electronics, PCBs/PCBAs, machined parts, plastics, and electro‑mechanical assemblies. The role partners with our Denmark QA teams to review metrics, address supplier performance, and drive corrective actions throughout the supply chain.

The candidate will troubleshoot issues from component to system level and lead structured RCA/CA processes (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC, FMEA) to prevent recurrence, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 3–6 years of Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality experience.
• Experience in electronics/electro‑mechanical manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality performance across electronics, PCBs/PCBAs, machined components, plastics, and assemblies.
• Collaborate with Denmark Quality Engineering teams to review metrics, supplier performance, and corrective actions.
• Support production when supplier components cause defects or line disruptions.
• Troubleshoot quality problems from component to system level.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC, and FMEA.
