Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical engineering field.
• 3–5+ years of quality engineering with focus on supplier quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute supplier audits (domestic and international).
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, QMS, and process controls.
• Manage supplier metrics on the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
• Issue and close SCARs with robust root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Lead MRB dispositions to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce defects.
