Job summary

Inteva Products, a leading global automotive supplier, seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to perform supplier quality assessments, audits and development activities. You will provide technical guidance across plastic injection molding, stamping, and assembly, drive continuous improvement, and support engineering changes.

Willingness to travel 50–75% is required; 5+ years in automotive supplier quality is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive supplier quality/development.
Experience with auto components like injection molded parts, stampings, and assemblies.
Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
Experience with supplier audits, Run@Rate, PFMEA, control plans, and CQI processes.
Auditor accreditation and ISO/IATF knowledge preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; cross-language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform supplier quality assessments and close audit findings.
Conduct supplier process audits, Run@Rate verification, PFMEA reviews, control plan audits, and CQI evaluations.
Provide technical expertise in plastic injection molding, stamping, and assembly.
Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement via escalation processes.
Lead supplier change requests and support engineering changes.
Train suppliers and Inteva Plant SQEs in problem case management.
Willingness to travel globally (approximately 50–75%).
