Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting complex extrusion-based or catheter systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with external suppliers in a technical leadership role.
• Ability to travel up to 15% globally.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical leadership in Global Sourcing category teams to establish and execute category objectives
• Conducting risk assessments on sourced materials to develop supplier capacity and capabilities
• Planning and executing service risk mitigation measures to ensure continuity of component sourcing to manufacturing
• Supporting suppliers and category teams with investigating supplied material issues and supply constraints
• Partnering with cross-functional teams on projects to implement changes, including improvement, supplier capability, capacity, and compliance initiatives
• Serving as a liaison between functional and core teams to compile and convey experimental results and impacts on projects
• Identifying and recommending resources required to meet project milestones
• Maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures to align with commitment to patient safety and product quality
