Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Enablement & Engagement Program Manager to lead a global approach for supplier onboarding, engagement, enabling, and adoption across procurement programs and operating models.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of proven experience in procurement, supplier engagement, enablement, or transformation roles.
Experience working across global and regional environments.

Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise strategy for supplier engagement and enablement across SPRM, Autonomous Sourcing, and regional initiatives.
Design, own, and govern scalable supplier onboarding, engagement, and enablement frameworks across lifecycle.
Ensure strategies align with procurement transformation priorities, operating model design, and long‑term business objectives.
Partner with PMs, Procurement, IT, Product, GPA, Legal, and regional teams to embed supplier enablement into program design.
