Job summary

International Motors USA, a TRATON group member, seeks a Global Supplier Capacity Manager to identify, manage, and mitigate supplier capacity risks across programs. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive capacity readiness, recovery strategies, and supply continuity on a global scale.

You will analyze capacity data, develop dashboards, and partner with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics to implement mitigation plans and drive continuous improvements in supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of purchasing/procurement experience
• At least 3 years of lead experience
• Master's degree and at least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience with at least 3 years of lead experience
• At least 10 years of purchasing/procurement experience with at least 3 years of lead experience

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite and virtual supplier capacity assessments to identify constraints and recovery actions
• Monitor supplier capacity versus demand forecasts and maintain risk profiles for high-risk suppliers
• Develop mitigation, allocation, contingency, and recovery plans for supplier constraints
• Lead capacity readiness reviews for launches, volume increases, and engineering changes
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and program teams to integrate capacity requirements
