Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking an International Subsidiary Accounting Lead to drive in-country finance processes, intercompany activities, and monthly close for India integrated solutions within the National Region Internal Accounting team.

The role focuses on strengthening internal controls, automating reconciliations, and delivering global reporting and insights to leadership, while coordinating with US operations and India teams on budgeting, billing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting experience, including multinational operations and shared services environments.
• Advanced Excel with data analysis and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-country finance processes: supplier invoice to payment, banking, intercompany billing and cost allocation to US operations for services provided.
• Oversee intercompany settlements and inbound billing for services provided and settlement.
• Lead monthly and annual close and monthly reporting to India operations and US consolidation.
• Ensure GST & TDS compliance and regulatory settlement; support audit and tax processes.
