Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is hiring a Subcontract Management Supervisor at our Marinette, WI location. The role oversees the development of subcontract management plans and the performance of designated subcontracts.

This senior position will own and ensure successful completion of key phases of the Subcontract Management process and the execution of subcontract activities while supporting RFP development, negotiation and Contract Management phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Statement of Work (SOW), post-award Start-up and Post Award Conference (PAC)
• Maintain area of the Outsourcing Matrix and ensure receipt of deliverables
• Conduct Production Readiness assessments, SMT meetings and external Subcontractor status reviews
• Analyze subcontractor performance and contribute to Subcontract Progressing and Close-out activities
• Other duties as assigned
