Job summary

Veristat is seeking a Study Start-Up Manager to provide operational expertise and lead multiple start-up teams across studies, ensuring timely activation in compliance with ICH/GCP and SOPs.

You will collaborate across departments, mentor staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with sponsors and vendors. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in clinical operations are expected, with SOCRA/ACRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; biological science, pharmacy, nursing or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years in clinical operations or similar department required, with experience leading project teams.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification and/or membership preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of clinical operations, development process and ICH/GCP regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment across departments and stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
