You will lead a team of start-up professionals, collaborating with sponsors, regulatory, and clinical operations to ensure on-time activation and compliant delivery.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and metrics while driving process improvements and cross-functional partnerships. Travel is expected around 25% to support global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience in clinical trial study start-up with global regulatory knowledge.
• Proven leadership skills with team management in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple studies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with sponsors and internal teams.
• Experience with process optimization in study start-up.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
