Amgen Inc. (IR) in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Study Delivery Senior Manager to own end-to-end delivery of global clinical studies, aligning product and clinical objectives with executable plans to ensure timely, high-quality data.

You will lead cross-functional study teams, manage feasibility, site engagement, recruitment and vendor delivery, while driving risk management and compliance across all phases of clinical trial delivery.

Competenze

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of clinical execution experience.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of clinical execution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of clinical execution experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years of clinical execution experience.
• High school diploma / GED with 12+ years of clinical execution experience.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned clinical studies.
• Lead and align cross-functional study teams to deliver high-quality data.
• Define and implement study plans including feasibility, site selection, site engagement, recruitment and vendor delivery.
• Identify and manage study risks, driving quality-by-design and risk-based approaches.
• Oversee global study execution: enrollment, data flow, monitoring, corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership, direction and escalation management across geographies.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation and regulatory compliance.
