Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and clinical execution experience at minimum level required.
• Advanced degrees with multiple years in clinical execution preferred.
• Experience leading global clinical trials in biotech/pharma/CRO environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align cross-functional study teams to deliver high-quality clinical data.
• Define and implement study plans including feasibility, site engagement, recruitment and vendor delivery.
• Proactively identify and manage study risks to ensure participant safety and data integrity.
• Oversee global study execution across enrollment, data flow, monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and escalation management to resolve complex study issues across geographies.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Champion continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across trial delivery.
