Job summary

Madison College is seeking a collaborative and results‑oriented International Student Services Manager (Associate Director) to oversee recruitment, admissions, student support and compliance with federal visa regulations. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and external funding, and build partnerships to expand global learning.

Reporting to the Director, Center for International Education, this full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential remote work two days a week after

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree + equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to serve as DSO/ARO; U.S. citizen or permanent resident per federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, admissions, student support and visa compliance for international students.
• Lead and develop staff; manage budgets and external funding.
• Coordinate international partnerships and pre-arrival programs.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with federal regulations and college priorities.
• Represent the college at national/international events.
