Job summary

Ford Credit seeks a Strategy Manager to influence global strategy and new business initiatives, reporting to the Strategy Director & CEO Chief of Staff. You will lead specific projects while supporting the broader strategic planning process across Engineering, Product, Risk and Finance.

This leadership role demands strong quantitative, qualitative and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and build executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Global Strategy Development within Financial Services, Fintech or Automotive.
• Proven track record of independently driving high-stakes strategic projects and influencing senior executive stakeholders (VP / C-suite / Board level).
• Exceptional quantitative, qualitative and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, evaluate unit economics and derive actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to build executive-ready presentations that tell a clear, compelling story.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from white-space ideation through executive alignment.
• Synthesize complex financial, operational and market concepts into board-ready strategy papers and compelling presentations for executive leadership.
• Build robust business cases for new growth opportunities, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, M&A and commercial innovation across B2B fleet electrification, fintech and credit economics.
• Formulate initial hypotheses on complex business problems and market shifts to guide multidisciplinary teams across Finance, Risk, Tech and Product.
• Develop strategic insights on the fintech landscape, auto finance trends, macro shifts and emerging technologies to drive long-term balance sheet and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate strategy sprint sessions and design-thinking workshops to translate high-level concepts into actionable corporate strategies.
• Serve as a visible, collaborative strategy partner at Ford Credit HQ, fostering cross-functional alignment and championing enterprise goals.
