Job summary

The Director, Strategy at KFC Global leads shaping the division's strategic agenda and translating it into clear choices, aligned plans, and measurable business outcomes.

This role partners with the KFC Global Leadership Team, regional/BMU leaders, and cross-functional partners to define what it will take to achieve long-term growth and implement governance to drive the plan's delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, corporate development, or related roles.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including financial modeling and business case development.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into clear strategic choices, actionable recommendations, and measurable execution plans.
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization with ambiguity and pace.

Responsibilities

• Shape and operationalize KFC Global strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Develop executive narratives and decision materials for Yum leadership, Board, and senior forums.
• Drive strategy execution with defined objectives, milestones, KPIs, risks, and governance.
• Lead commercial analysis, financial modeling, and business case development for major initiatives and growth investments.
• Build and lead the Global Strategy team and foster cross-functional partnerships.
