Rose International is seeking a seasoned Procurement & Supply Chain professional in Sunnyvale, CA to own end-to-end contract negotiations and drive supplier management activities. The role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and the capacity to influence cross-functional teams across the client organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Tenacity, passion and demonstrated skill in negotiations.
• Experience in supplier management and operations.
• End to end ownership of contract negotiations for both commercial and legal aspects a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build, grow and develop key cross-functional relationships to influence and drive projects.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Ability to identify and solve complex supply chain issues.

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding of the contact center commodity landscape, identify changes in buyer and supplier power, and use industry dynamics to client’s advantage.
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals.
• Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers, understanding direct and indirect labor, overhead and SG&A breakdown.
• Collaborate across the client organization to ensure business objectives are met and communicate findings to leaders.
• Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis and benchmarking.
• Provide overall program management support and contribute to developing processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a nuanced understanding of the contact center commodity landscape identify changes in buyer and supplier power and use industry dynamics to client’s advantage.
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals.
• Effectively work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing. Understanding of direct labor, indirect labor, overhead and SG&A breakdown.
• Collaborate across the client organization to ensure business objectives are met. Includes the ability to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to leaders and to actively identify potential supply issues that can affect strategy.
• Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Provide overall program management support and contribute to ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting.
