Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a lead procurement professional to drive sourcing strategies for the ISS X-Ray Generation portfolio. You will manage 25+ global suppliers, negotiate prices and establish supply contracts while supporting selected Product Management and NPI programs.

The role requires interacting with stakeholders across functions, delivering value, efficiency, and de-risking the end-to-end supply chain to meet customer needs. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business administration with 2+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong negotiating and contract execution skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Willing to travel locally & internationally up to 15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, organizes, and implements national/regional contracting and procurement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Lead analysis of supplier proposals to deliver best value for spend allocation decisions.
• Negotiate commercial/contractual terms with suppliers to manage commercial risk.
• Build relationships with strategic suppliers and engage them in GE's NPI process.
• Provide sourcing support to local operations and materials teams.
