Job summary

Ergotron, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Commodity Manager II to lead global strategic sourcing initiatives within Supply Chain Operations. You will drive cost savings, supplier development, and contract execution across complex commodities.

This role collaborates with engineering, procurement, quality and cross-functional teams, travels up to 30%, and requires 7+ years in strategic sourcing and experience with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or procurement.
• 7+ years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience with Oracle or ERP systems.
• International supply chain experience.
• Strong contract negotiation and project management skills.
• Knowledge of total cost of ownership and procurement analytics.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive commodity strategy with internal requirements and strategic objectives on complex commodities.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate terms, statements of work and contracts to optimize value.
• Lead cost-saving projects and supplier development initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk across global bases.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality and other teams to align goals.
