Qualifications

• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative consumer testing methods.
• Familiarity with sensory testing methods (e.g., Round Table, QDA).
• Strong statistics skills to analyze data and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic consumer learning plans to support global snacks initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with strategic priorities.
• Interpret results, report findings, and make data-driven recommendations for decision making.
• Possibly supervise junior team members and training; handle multiple priorities.
