Capital Group is seeking a Global Finance Manager in Strategic Analysis to deliver high-impact, enterprise-wide financial analytics and sophisticated models addressing complex business challenges.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior associates, and partner with compensation, product and treasury teams while building executive-ready summaries and data visuals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact Enterprise-level Global Strategic Finance projects.
• Projects span cross-functional teams across CG’s Client Group, Investment Group and Operating Group.
• Collaborate closely with Global Finance teams and partners (Global Compensation, Global Product, etc.).
• Develop next-gen associates and mentor junior staff.
• Synthesize analysis into executive-ready summaries and data-visualization outputs.
