Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and analytics within Global Finance. You will drive a new capability center, translate finance strategy into scalable, standardized solutions, and oversee data products to empower decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding teams in matrixed environments.
• Deep expertise in planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and performance management.
• Strategic thinker who links capability work to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience applying product management or capability management practices.
• Customer-centric with emphasis on adoption, UX, standardization, and scalable delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery and maturity of enterprise planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and data products.
• Shape and execute capability roadmaps translating leadership priorities into plans.
• Build and coach a high-performing team focused on value, accountability, and improvement.
• Advance driver-based, integrated planning with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and related platforms.
• Oversee data products to ensure trusted, reusable data for reporting and AI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data, and Transformation to align needs and governance.
• Champion AI, automation, analytics, and modern ways of working in Finance.
• Communicate priorities and impact to stakeholders and senior leaders.
