Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Stock Loan professional to manage and process collateral exposure, support trades end-to-end, and oversee all Stock Loan functions within the International Stock Loan Middle Office. The role requires a strong understanding of cash and non-cash collateral, trade lifecycle, and market knowledge across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years International Stock Loan experience processing cash and non-cash collateral.
Collateral management of cash and non-cash exposure including pre-pays, same day settlements, and settled returns.
Knowledge of marked-to-market, billing, contract compare, and security static is a plus.
Understanding of European, Asian, and Canadian markets.
Knowledge of short coverage, excess management, settlements and trade lifecycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

Management and processing of cash and non-cash collateral exposure.
Trade support ensuring trade bookings flow STP to the market and resolution of contract compare.
Oversight of all Stock Loan support functions.
