Job summary

Hayden Industrial is seeking a Global Standards Engineer to own and coordinate product certification, regulatory compliance and applicable engineering standards across its global product portfolio. The role covers Dry Cooler, CRAH and Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger lines, ensuring compliance in the US, EU and UK.

The successful candidate will lead PED/ASME, electrical safety and manufacturing compliance programs, engaging with certification bodies and internal teams to maintain compliant design,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in engineered equipment, manufacturing or product certification.
• Strong knowledge of pressure equipment, ASME and PED.
• Experience with certification bodies and factory inspections.
• Ability to interpret complex standards and translate into design/manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own Hayden’s global product compliance framework across US, EU and UK.
• Coordinate UL certification strategy and North American electrical safety requirements.
• Develop technical files, test plans and conformity declarations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, quality, production and supply chain.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
