Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant for a services company in Arlington, TX. This role offers exposure to the entire accounting cycle and collaboration with global regions in a rapidly growing international company.

The position pays 80K-85K and features a flexible work environment with a Hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of GAAP accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a GAAP environment.
• Public accounting experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger journal entries.
• Process month-end entries, eliminations, and allocations.
• Prepare, document, and analyze balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures through analysis of existing processes and recommending changes.
• Provide accounting support and collaborate with departments across the organization.
• Collaborate with management to ensure GAAP and statutory accounting compliance.
• Assist in internal control documentation, monitoring, and review.
• Prepare monthly intercompany entries with corporate entities.
