Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in global advocacy or international policy.
• Experience building and leading coalitions with diverse regional partners.
• Demonstrated success influencing SRHR policy outcomes at international, regional, and national levels.
• Deep networks with NGOs, civil society coalitions, multilateral agencies, and donors.
• Proven ability to translate research into advocacy materials and campaigns.
• Leadership experience directing teams and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Guttmacher’s global advocacy and communications strategy grounded in research.
• Identify and engage partners for global, regional, and national opportunities for policy impact.
• Monitor SRHR developments and advise leadership on strategic responses.
• Lead contributions to post-2030 development agenda with SRHR indicators and accountability.
• Coordinate advocacy with the Director of International Research to align priorities.
