Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Software Engineer (Site Reliability) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our AI-powered platform. You will own monitoring, incident response, and automation across global regions, collaborating to maintain high availability and secure operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SRE/production reliability experience.
• Expertise with IaC tools (Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of observability and incident response (Datadog, Sentry; PagerDuty).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go or similar languages.
• Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, networking, databases, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure resources across 50+ regions.
• Lead incident management processes including postmortems and root-cause analyses.
• Automate operational tasks and workflows for capacity planning and safe data access.
• Collaborate across teams to drive reliability, security, and compliance throughout the software lifecycle.
• Optimize infrastructure costs through capacity planning and build-vs-buy decisions.
