Job summary

Zuffa, LLC is seeking a Sports Immigration Counsel to manage the Americas immigration strategy for our global sports and entertainment properties. The role involves preparing visa applications, liaising with external counsel, and guiding the mobility team on all immigration matters across the Americas.

You will work within the Legal department reporting to the VP, Head of Global Immigration. The ideal candidate is a US-qualified attorney with 7–10 years of specialized experience in entertainment

Qualifications

• US qualified lawyer with experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration law and work authorization.
• 7–10 years of immigration experience, preferably in media, sport and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Americas immigration strategy guidance for employees and talent.
• Prepare visa applications for employees and talent in the Americas.
• Coordinate with external counsel on strategy and filings.
• Manage visa milestones and petition timelines across the region.
• Assist with responses to requests for evidence and appeals.
• Oversee immigration compliance and maintain INS ZOOM data.
• Train businesses on immigration policies and programs.
