Job summary

NFL is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Sponsorship to drive partnerships within the Global Partnerships team. You will manage day-to-day partner activations, strategy, planning, creative development, and cross‑league collaboration while leading international territory activations with global offices.

The role requires strong sales skills and asset development, plus on-site leadership at NFL events. Candidates should have 8–10 years in sports or agency environments and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in sports or with an agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with NFL domestic and global partners and lead activation programs.
  • Lead weekly status calls and coordinate internal tasks for partner deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Corporate Relations, Media, PR, Brand, Legal, and others to align programs.
  • Drive upsell opportunities, asset development, and program execution.
  • Oversee on-site activation at NFL events and international games.
  • Support renewals and overall business planning with Sponsorship Director.
  • Coordinate cross‑department projects to deliver partner commitments.
