Medtronic Neuroscience seeks an experienced INTL portfolio leader to drive surgeon VOC collection, lifecycle planning, and cross‑functional launch readiness. The role spans multiple time zones and collaborates with Operations, Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.

You will coordinate regional strategies, ensure VOC representativeness, and guide lifecycle transitions across INTL regions to support successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with advanced degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead surgeon VOC collection for INTL region to support upstream development.
• Partner with regional clinical, sales, and marketing stakeholders to ensure VOC relevance.
• Own INTL portfolio lifecycle planning and phase‑in/phase‑out guidance.
• Drive alignment across INTL regions on lifecycle decisions and timing.
• Coordinate readiness workstreams for regional launches and regulatory constraints.
• Provide enablement and marketing guidance to regional teams on messaging and sequencing.
