Job summary

Highridge Medical is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help manage brands globally, drive market research, and align plans with other Brand Managers. You will analyze market trends, VOC feedback, and competitive offerings to guide portfolio decisions. The role requires 3–5 years in product management, healthcare sales experience, and a preference for orthopedic exposure.

Up to 40% travel is expected. A B.S. in business or related field is required, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree, preferably including formal studies in business; 3-5 years product management experience; sales experience in healthcare, strong preference for orthopedics.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Operating Room experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in marketing development to bring new products from concept through commercialization.
• Reviews Global Sales Data and reports monthly with Finance.
• Collaborates with Sales Training to ensure necessary information is provided; assists as needed.
• Serves as SME on managed products and presents related products to customers.
• Assists commercial team with product-related questions.
• Maintains competitive knowledge in the product category.
