Job summary

Evotec SE is hiring a Risk & SOX Senior Advisor to provide global support for planning, implementing and coordinating all phases of SOX compliance. You will develop the 404 framework, train control owners, and collaborate with UK entities to strengthen the SOX control environment.

Your role includes coordinating with internal/external audit teams, preparing SOX-related reports for top management, and assisting with risk management enhancements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years auditing or internal control management experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Global support for planning, implementing and coordinating all phases of SOX compliance.
• Develop and provide routine training to control owners to ensure understanding of the SOX program.
• Local support for UK entities in coordinating SOX phases and enhancing the control environment.
• Be the contact person for internal and external audit teams to ensure timely testing and issue resolution.
• Prepare group SOX reports and presentations for Management Board and Audit & Compliance Committee.
