Job summary

You will serve as SOX PMO, coordinate regional teams, plan and execute risk assessments, develop test plans, evaluate results, and present findings to management. Travel 3–5 times annually is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum five years of internal audit or related experience.
• CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Ability to travel 3–5 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOX testing program across the Americas.
• Coordinate regional teams as SOX PMO and plan annual work.
• Perform operational internal audits and advisory projects.
• Develop test plans, assess controls, and report results to management.
• Mentor junior staff and liaise with PwC for external inquiries.
