Costa Farms, headquartered in Miami, is one of the world’s largest horticultural growers. This role supports global sourcing, managing multiple projects, vendor vetting, and contract coordination to optimize procurement and cost-competitiveness in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in supply chain and 2+ years of experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with MRP/ERP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain role.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to problem solve and interact with all levels of management.
• A strong analytical mindset.
• Active driver’s license required and ability to submit to MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects for Global Sourcing manager with planning and stakeholder collaboration.
• Identify potential new vendors based on category.
• Audit procurement execution against sourcing plan.
• Analyze forecasts based on trends.
• Assess quotes and cost breakdowns.
• Ensure VMS compliance and manage contract database.
• Coordinate contract review and execution with stakeholders.
• Support market conditions assessment and risk management plans.
• Monitor vendor performance using established processes.
• Prepare reports for suppliers and clients.
• Develop supplier relationships through in-person meetings and events.
