The Global Supply Manager will own end-to-end sourcing for key commodities, negotiating MSAs, and shaping the supplier base to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. You’ll mentor sourcing specialists and collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure supply continuity as Terran R matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience with ownership of a category.
• Experience owning end-to-end category strategy and should-cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own global category strategy and supplier relationships.
• Direct sourcing events and RFPs over $100K.
• Lead complex negotiations and MSAs with favorable terms.
• Mentor sourcing specialists and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, finance, and operations to deliver cost and supply assurance.
