Job summary

Rehlko Company is hiring a Senior Buyer to lead global sourcing initiatives and manage supplier relationships across electronics and power components. You will coordinate cross-functionally, analyze data, and run RFQs to secure quality products at optimal costs.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to meet delivery targets. Hybrid work in Sheboygan/Milwaukee area offers competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; CPM preferred.
2–5 years purchasing experience in manufacturing/electronics preferred.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with SAP and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead global sourcing initiatives from concept to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional sourcing with internal teams and suppliers.
Escalate supply constraints and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor costing files and enforce vendor accountability.
Drive cost-reduction initiatives with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Review quotations and advise on alternative materials.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual status reports.
Ensure on-time delivery and resolve late-delivery issues.
Maintain supplier stocking programs and standard cost files.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
