Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience defining and implementing effective Sourcing Policies, Processes, and Tools.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Track record of managing multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent presentation skills with leadership engagement capability.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking that drives business improvements.
• Experience handling confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead efficient and effective category strategy as the top subject matter expert.
• Maximize cost improvement projects and deliver them on time.
• Ensure contract and purchasing agreements compliance and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Engineering, Sales, and BU leadership.
• Focus on risk management, internal customer satisfaction, and total cost of ownership.
• Support and collaborate on new product introductions across units.
• Work with engineering on strategic projects for the company.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies to disruptions.
• Travel as needed to Rheem facilities and supplier operations.
