Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our in-house sourcing strategy for TJX products. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and collaborate with Product Design, Merchants, GS&P, and Legal to ensure quality, innovation, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a business/merchandising background, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to drive value through data and negotiation while coordinating across global teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, finance or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Strong math, analytics, and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
