Responsibilities

• Source new products and suppliers for multiple categories.
• Build relationships with domestic and overseas vendors, including Asia.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements to maximize profitability and quality.
• Manage sourcing from concept through production and delivery.
• Communicate with factories on pricing, samples, schedules, packaging, and quality.
• Research market trends and new sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations on new launches.
• Monitor supplier performance and timely delivery.
• Prepare costing sheets, sourcing reports, and vendor documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and streamline supply chain.
