Logitech is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to drive strategic sourcing and supplier management for electronic components. The role spans US, EMEA and AP regions, with a hybrid work model and onsite presence in San Jose, CA.

You will negotiate contracts, lead supplier selections and push cost-reduction initiatives. The candidate will analyze market trends, develop supplier roadmaps, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of sourcing experience in electronic components.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and international procurement.
• Ability to collaborate across US, EMEA and AP regions.
• Proven track record in supplier and cost management.
• Understanding of market drivers and cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends and products.
• Manage sourcing and procurement for electronic components.
• Oversee supplier management, pricing and contracts negotiation.
