RapidAir, a leading designer and manufacturer of branded compressed air solutions, is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across domestic and international supplier networks. Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will develop category strategies, drive cost savings, evaluate suppliers, and expand the supply base while balancing cost, quality, and lead times.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or global supply management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing sourcing and category strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating spend, supplier data, and market information.

• Industrial sourcing experience strongly preferred.

Position Overview

RapidAir is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across our growing domestic and international supplier network. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Procurement, this role will spearhead existing sourcing projects, identify new category and cost-saving opportunities, and bring greater structure and visibility to RapidAir’s spend profile. The Global Sourcing Manager will play a key role in strengthening supplier relationships, expanding our supply base, and developing sourcing strategies that support continued growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and global supplier development, with the ability to operate independently in a growing, entrepreneurial environment. Industrial sourcing experience is highly preferred

Within the first year, the Global Sourcing Manager will have advanced key sourcing initiatives, identified and executed meaningful cost-saving opportunities, and established greater structure and visibility across RapidAir’s spend categories. This person will have strengthened the company’s domestic and international supplier network, identified new sourcing opportunities, and become a trusted strategic partner to Procurement and the broader leadership team.
