Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead sourcing activities for key categories of the ISS X-Ray Generation portfolio, managing 30+ global suppliers with substantial spend. You will establish supplier strategies and negotiate contracts to deliver value, while supporting NPI programs and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent.
• 4+ years in complex procurement and supply chain environment.
• Strong negotiation and contractual skills.
• Ability to understand complex markets and interact with technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements national/regional contracting and procurement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Lead sourcing to deliver best value for ISS X-Ray Generation.
• Analyze supplier proposals and lead contract awards with commercial risk management.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers with legal support to manage risk.
• Foster strategic supplier relationships, engage in NPI processes, and drive lifecycle value.
• Provide cost and performance analytics and guidance for procurement policy improvements.
• Support sourcing for local operations and materials teams.
