Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation seeks a Global Sourcing Manager to lead worldwide materials and services sourcing. You will develop commodity strategies to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership, drive direct and indirect cost savings, and reduce lead times while ensuring uninterrupted supply across CECO facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, and materials management.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Industrial equipment manufacturing experience with pumps, motors, valves, actuators, castings, raw materials, fabricated components.
• 5+ years in Electricals, Instrumentation, Controls, Electronics, Wire & Cable.
• Experience with ISO quality standards.
• ERP experience (Epicor or D365 preferred).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Builds and implements global sourcing and category strategies.
• Monitors market dynamics and cost drivers to identify supplier opportunities.
• Manages cost competitiveness for direct and indirect materials.
• Improves working capital via terms, lead times, and inventory strategies.
• Identifies and qualifies new global suppliers; leads RFIs/RFQs and supplier selection.
• Negotiates strategic supply agreements to lower costs and ensure supply.
• Develops SRM programs with scorecards and reviews.
• Applies supplier risk assessment and aligns schedules with demand.
• Develops global logistics capabilities and sustainable supply chain practices.
• Manages multiple sourcing projects with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and others to resolve issues.
