Job summary

Lenox Corporation seeks a Global Sourcing Manager for Dinnerware and Giftware. Based in Bristol, you will lead international supplier relationships and drive sourcing strategies across product lines while collaborating with product development and planning teams to meet cost and quality targets.

You will manage the sourcing calendar, oversee vendor selection, and monitor performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.
• 7+ years in Retail Buying, Consumer Product Management, Manufacturing Management, or Merchandising roles.
• Experience with seasonal product lines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international manufacturing partners.
• Lead sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, compliance and delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, Quality, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage supplier matrix and evaluate factory performance regularly.
• Travel to factories to qualify vendors and monitor performance.
