Kohler Co. is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist, Luxury Sourcing, to build a global network of supply partners and execute sourcing strategies focused on artisan craftsmanship, luxury materials, and exclusive partnerships for kitchen and bath projects.

You will support New Product Development and cost-saving initiatives while managing supplier relationships and performance. The role requires strong negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and international purchasing experience,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• International purchasing experience.
• Direct-material purchasing/merchant experience preferred.
• Diversified commodity exposure in components, raw materials and/or services.

Responsibilities

• Source direct materials and finished goods for luxury products.
• Identify and manage strategic suppliers and partners.
• Assist in creating commercial agreements with exclusive brand partnerships.
• Drive supplier performance improvements in cost, quality, delivery and service.
• Prepare quotations for new and existing finished goods and components.
• Negotiate price, terms, lead time, and minimum order quantities.
• Assist with supplier selection using cross-functional input and cost analysis.
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual supply chain reports.
• Follow up on major or rush purchases to ensure delivery.
• Maintain annual standard costs files.
• Provide mentoring on procurement and negotiation best practices.
• Track Kallista owned capital assets at suppliers.
