Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Composites (Raw Materials) to lead commodity strategies for composites and manage critical supplier relationships. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, cost reductions, and supply continuity in a high-visibility role with cross-functional partners.

You will partner with Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to shape specs, manage risk, and guide supplier selections while advancing new product opportunities in a defense technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of composites manufacturing, and/or sourcing engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for composite raw materials.
• End-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts, at the right cost.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for composites and raw materials.
• Own the business relationship with external Contract Manufacturing and ensure continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence design specs and manufacturing requirements.
• Perform detailed cost/analyze quotes and optimize decisions based on TCO.
