Job summary

Oatey offers a 12-week Summer Internship Program in Cleveland, OH, designed to develop future leaders in Sourcing. The Global Sourcing Intern will gain exposure to direct and indirect sourcing, negotiations, and cost-saving projects, with dedicated mentorship and networking.

You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, complete meaningful projects, and receive development feedback in a supportive, inclusive environment that emphasizes growth and real impact.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field
• Strong analytical skills
• High competency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated high initiative

Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks including, but not limited to, New Item Set-up Sheets, Quality Feedback management, Trade Agreements updates, Purchase requisition support and Purchase Order creation
• Collect and analyze spend data that will be used to help Sourcing improve reporting
• Organize data for Direct and Indirect RFQ projects
• Review Direct and Indirect Sourcing processes and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Other duties as assigned
