Job summary

Oatey in Cleveland, Ohio invites students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program – The Oatey Intern Experience. This 12-week program offers meaningful projects, mentorship, networking, and growth opportunities.

The Global Sourcing Intern will support direct and indirect sourcing tasks, analyze spend data, RFQ preparation, and help with supplier relationships, with exposure to leadership across Oatey. Candidates should be enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Operations, Business

Qualifications

Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
Strong analytical skills.
High competency with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated high initiative.

Responsibilities

Support administrative tasks including, but not limited to, New Item Set‑up Sheets, Quality Feedback management, Trade Agreements updates, Purchase requisition support and Purchase Order creation
Collect and analyze spend data that will be used to help Sourcing improve reporting
Organize data for Direct and Indirect RFQ projects
Review Direct and Indirect Sourcing processes and recommend opportunities for improvement
Other duties as assigned
