Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Sourcing Analyst intern to partner with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment at the World Headquarters in Minneapolis. You will drive process improvements, support cost-saving initiatives, and assist in strategic sourcing efforts across global and regional teams.

Qualified students should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in SCM, Economics, or Business with graduation windows around Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business
• Preferred graduation dates Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous global and regional process improvement aimed at delivering process excellence within Sourcing.
• Identify best practices to drive savings and efficiencies globally.
• Work with Buying teams to support best-in-class strategic sourcing initiatives
• Complete analysis of key Sourcing data to identify trends and opportunities
