Job summary

General Mills is offering a 10-week Supply Chain Logistics Associate Internship in the United States. You will experience hands-on projects at a US manufacturing plant location, with potential progression into the full-time SCLA program after graduation.

You will support production planning, materials flow, and process improvements while working with a cross-functional team and mentors from the General Mills network. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related degree.
• Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong academic record.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain projects using General Mills project management processes and standards.
• Manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the supply chain network to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations.
• Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and maximize production efficiencies.
