General Mills’ Minneapolis HQ is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to partner with stakeholders, drive global and regional process improvements, and deliver analytics to support sourcing decisions. You will identify best practices, enable cost-savings, and collaborate with buying teams on strategic initiatives.

General Mills' supply chain is one of the most respected supply chains in the industry. Global Supply Chain makes food the world loves. They buy ingredients to make our products, design services and equipment, create and package food and distribute our products. Sourcing's role is to partner with stakeholders to globally source required goods and services to drive highest value (quality, service, cost, and safety) for General Mills.

WHAT WILL I DO?

Global Sourcing partners with General Mills' stakeholders to drive continuous improvement through standard process, enable the organization through insight and analytics, and deliver knowledge and training.

IS THIS YOU?

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business (any concentrations e.g. Finance, Marketing, etc.)
• Preferred graduation dates are Winter 2026 or Spring 2027

• Entrepreneurial qualities necessary for managing risk and leading change

The base salary for this position is $71,000.General Mills is committed to providing fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, performance, and academic background.
